Laughter Yoga

Laughter yoga is a fun way to laugh and release stress from your life. It combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques which inturn brings more oxygen to your body and brain making us feel more energetic and healthy.
I will be adding some general movement to the program which also improves both physical and mental health. Movement improves balance and strength, boosts cognitive performance and helps boost your mood.

If you want someone who is going to get you to work on deep rooted “stuff” Sandee is the coach for you.  She makes sure you understand where the deep roots come from.  Sandee makes you feel safe all while she is getting you to be vulnerable in yourself. She starts out like this is going to be easy and then it becomes deep.  What I like about Sandee is she becomes vulnerable, so you know that she is right there with you.  She is either holding your hand or pushing you to confront the demon that is in our subconscious.  I always thought it was what happened to me physically and then I realized it was what was said and projected on me. She used breathwork and hypnosis which made me feel comfortable and relaxed.  I was able to forgive myself and start loving the person I am today.

Sandee’s SELF class was exactly what I needed.  I was surrounded by other women that had similar feelings and thoughts that I had.  I felt I was safe and I could be vulnerable with my feelings.  The exercises Sandee gave us during the class and the homework challenged my beliefs about myself.  I am so happy I took her SELF class because it showed me the areas I wanted to start working on.

I want to share my experience regarding my first forgiveness ceremony.  I was nervous coming into this, because we would dive into some personal and very vulnerable topics. Let me tell you, Sandee created a safe, judgemental free space.  OH BOY!  I didn’t know many of the women at the ceremony, but by the time it was over ,we were FAMILY!    I was able to share my story and feel safe at the same time.  I was able to heal pieces of me that I didn’t realize needed healing.  I felt a weight lifted off me.  I decided I wanted to work on more so I scheduled a breathwork and coaching sessions with Sandee.  This started my healing and spiritual journey.

I have been a friend of Sandee’s for a few years now. When she became a coach, I had to work with her. Sandee and I had a private retreat where we dove deep into my healing.

During our retreat Sandee was able to focus on me, which made her realize that what I thought I wanted to work on was not what I needed to work on. Sandee was able to see where my anxiety stemed from, so we focused on having a conversation aroung the traumatic event that was never explained to me.

Sandee is amazing at using her intuition to drill into what I believed to be my feelings around my anxiety. She wrote a breathwork for me to help me let go of the feelings and thoughts I had. I loved the personal retreat and the attention she spent with me and the vulnerability she had to make me feel at ease with my own struggles.

Learning her story and seeing her journey has given me the courage to go on my own spiritual and healing journey.  I do walk therapy with her once a week and it is not only rewarding mentally, but my physical body has become so strong. I can easily do 5 miles now( when you walk and talk you lose focus on miles and time) .

I feel confidence everyday in the decisions I make in my life because of the tools she has given me to make me secure within myself. I am worthy and have great value in my life and my life’s purpose. These are priceless!

Sandee coaches around what makes me feel comfortable but challenges me when I need to be. Sandee’s coaching style is one of a kind. She uses techniques to get you to the root of your problems. Once you are ready to let go of what doesn’t serve you, she performs a ceremony. After you let go she uses dancing, singing or laughing to put the childlike feelings back in you. I am so proud of myself and the confidence I have in myself.
